Upcoming recording artist Alyn Magadia has claimed that band MYMP asked her to back out of a performance with them.

On Facebook, Magadia detailed how everything transpired. According to her, she was getting prepared to share the stage with the renowned band MYMP at an alumni homecoming party in Cavite. In the poster, Magadia is seen with the band members.

Today was supposedly my last gig with the band, and I was really looking forward to perform with them for the last time. nag prepare ako, excited ako, masaya ako, bibigay ko yung best ko dahil last na ito,” she shared.

Magadia was notified of the event back in October. As she was preparing her makeup, the event manager came to her while struggling to make eye contact.

The manager told her to go home as per instructions.

15-30mins prior to the performance, the manager talked to me at sinabing umuwi na ko dahil awkward (awkward kasi di na ko sasama dun sa biglaan nilang plano — continue reading para malaman kung ano yung “biglaang plano” lol) na daw kung sasampa pa ko ng stage. I was shocked, pero di ako nag react. I let her feel I’m okay. pero in my mind, sana nag abiso man lang kayo the day before na ayaw niyo na pala ako pag perform-in with MYMP. bakit hinayaan niyo pa kong pumunta sa venue?

The client specifically asked for Magadia initially and for her to not be included stung the singer.

Despite being paid in full, Magadia still felt disrespected.

YEA, I WAS PAID IN FULL, pero hindi TF ang usapan dito. it’s RESPECT. & I don’t think na dapat ipagmalaki mo/niyo sakin yung “PAID IN FULL” ako kasi yun naman talaga ang dapat, right?
I never experienced this in my 15yrs in the industry. sa inyo lang, MYMP. walang kayong katulad. legend kayo,” she furthered.
Meanwhile, MYMP appeared unaffected by what happened.
