Three suspected members of a kidnap for ransom group preying on Philippine offshore gaming operations or POGOs have been arrested after they allegedly tried to abduct another victim. According to John Consulta’s report on “24 Oras”, the victim escaped after the suspects were apprehended for parking in a no-parking zone.
